Nestled in the vibrant city of Kolhapur, Big Bison is the brainchild of a group of passionate locals who grew up here. Driven by a love for craft beers and a desire to bring a unique brewing experience to their hometown, our founders combined their skills and expertise to establish Western Maharashtra's very first microbrewery. At Big Bison, we blend tradition with innovation to create exceptional craft beers that honor our roots.
